Todd Howard Reflects On Sixth Anniversary Of Elder Scrolls 6 Teaser: "That Has Been A While"

The Elder Scrolls 6 reveal teaser trailer is now six years old, with Bethesda Studios having revealed little else about the game since then. Todd Howard has acknowledged the extended timeline in a new interview, stopping to reflect on the teaser's anniversary.

Speaking in an interview with YouTuber MrMattyPlays, Howard mentioned the teaser's anniversary, and paused to reflect on the time that's passed since then. "It's the sixth anniversary of us releasing the teaser for Elder Scrolls 6, and so that did make me pause and say 'oh wow, that has been a while,'" Howard noted.

"Now that we're working on Elder Scrolls 6, we get to see it here in the studio, you do miss it," Howard said, calling back to an earlier part of the interview regarding the Fallout franchise where he had said he doesn't think it's necessarily a bad thing for fans to miss their favorite series.
