Fantasian Neo Dimension Brings Brings Final Fantasy Creator's RPG To Consoles And PC

During today's Nintendo Direct, Fantasian: Neo Dimension--a port of the previously Apple Arcade exclusive turn-based RPG Fantasian--was confirmed to be headed to consoles and PC later this year.

Fantasian follows the story of Leo, who wakes up in a mysterious world of machines with little memory of how he arrived there. Not only must he rediscover his own past, he must also contend with a mysterious mechanical infection that is impacting the world around him.

The game was developed by Mistwalker--the studio helmed by legendary RPG developer Hironobu Sakaguchi--for Apple Arcade and released in 2021. Longtime Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu wrote music for the game, and each in-game scene and town was created using real-world dioramas that were scanned into the game engine.Continue Reading at GameSpot
