With The Matrix: Resurrections hitting theaters and HBO Max on December 22, there is no better time to start a rewatch of the original trilogy than now and Amazon has the Blu-ray set on a steep discount. Amazon is currently offering the Matrix Trilogy for $13, which is more than 30% off the Blu-ray set's normal price. See at Amazon Considering The Matrix: Resurrections shows Neo seemingly trapped within the Matrix again, complete with new versions of familiar characters and themes, having the original movies fresh in your memory might make for a more enjoyable ride. The trailer has Keanu Reeves, rocking his John Wick look, apparently going on a journey to once again break free from the Matrix. While it's not very clear what exactly is happening in The Matrix: Resurrections, it seems like it will be leaning on the series' history. There is even one shot in the trailer that suggests the Wachowskis kept their word about the Matrix Online MMO being a canon successor to the original trilogy, although it won't be confirmed either way until the movie is released later this year. Epic Games Achievement System Is Launching Next Week

Epic Games has announced that it is rolling out the Epic Achievements system on its Epic Games Store. Starting next week, players can begin earning XP by completing Epic Achievements in select titles. These select titles include Rocket League, Hades, Pillars of Eternity, Kena: Bridge of Spirits, Zombie Army 4, and Alan Wake Remastered. Epic is also sending out a set of tools for developers to easily and quickly implement Achievements for the Epic Games Store platform, so more games will be supported later this year. There are four tiers of Epic Achievements with an XP range value attached to each. The Platinum Achievement is awarded upon earning 1000 XP in a game. What Are Far Cry 6's PC Specs?

Ubisoft has revealed the PC specs for Far Cry 6, the latest entry in the franchise that brings players to the Caribbean island nation of Yara. Far Cry is a PC staple, so it should be no surprise that running this game well on most rigs won't be too much of a problem. While the specs sheet released by Ubisoft doesn't reveal what resolution the game will be running at, it does at least list frame rates. That being said, the specs sheet also omits the quality setting players will have to set in their game to meet these frame rates. Amazon's new PC MMO New World continues to perform exceptionally well. Nearly a week after launch, the game has now set a new peak concurrent player record on Steam, blowing past the 700,000 users it had logged in at the same time on day one. According to Steam's own public statistics page, New World recently reached 913,634 peak concurrent players. According to Steam Charts, this is the game's all-time high.
