Sometimes, going off the beaten path will land you in hot water. That's what happened to former James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan, who recently pleaded guilty to entering an off-limits area in Yellowstone National Park last year.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brosnan will pay a $500 fine along with donating $1,000 to a nonprofit called Yellowstone Forever. The former 007 apparently left a trail in a thermal area this past November and shared photos of being in the off-limits area on social media.
On Instagram, Brosnan expressed "deep regret" for the incident. "As an environmentalist, I have the utmost respect for and love of our natural world.
