Beyond Good & Evil 2 creative director Emile Morel has passed away. He was 40. News of Morel's passing was spotted by IGN via a LinkedIn post from Ubisoft Montpellier.
"We would like to take a moment to acknowledge the significant impact he made over the years on different games that make up the rich history of our studio," reads an excerpt from the statement. "For us, Emile was a close friend and a boundless source of positive energy. We all valued his passion and the way he told stories."
Ubisoft also expressed gratitude for Morel's contributions to Beyond Good & Evil 2 and says the game's "universe will forever endure."Continue Reading at GameSpot
