HBO Boss Not Worried That The Last Of Us Season 2 Isn't Coming Until 2025

HBO boss Casey Bloys isn't worried about The Last of Us Season 2 releasing in 2025. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Bloys expressed that a two-year turnaround time is "standard for big genre shows," and that the fan base will be there regardless of the wait.

"One thing I'm not worried about with The Last of Us is keeping the conversation going," he said. "That show has a huge fan base and ended with 30 million viewers an episode."

During the interview, Bloys was also asked about the future of HBO after the final seasons of both Succession and Barry. He quoted the upcoming seasons of White Lotus, Euphoria, and House of the Dragon as the main focus alongside alongside The Last of Us.Continue Reading at GameSpot
