Extraction 2, the sequel to the very popular Chris Hemsworth movie for Netflix, contains a length one-shot sequence that features Hemsworth getting set on fire--and it was real fire, not CGI. Director Sam Hargrave told Empire Magazine that Hemsworth deserves some praise for going through what he did to get the shot.
"Hats off to Chris. It wasn't CG fire. And he had to do it over and over," Hargrave said. "I don't know a lot of people, let alone Hollywood A-listers, who are gonna let you light them on fire while on camera."
Extraction 2 features a lengthy "oner" where Hemsworth's Tyler Rake breaks out of prison and punches people left and right as one of his arms is on fire, as seen in the first trailer.
