Writers Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann have teased the upcoming second season of the hit HBO series The Last of Us. In an interview with GQ, Mazin said the hope is the same for the first season, and that is to make the best show possible even if some people don't like it. Mazin and Druckmann also strongly teased that there will be a third season of the series.
It's understood that The Last of Us Season 2 will cover at least some of the events of the second video game, but when asked if Season 2 will span the entire course of the sequel, Mazin said, "No. No way."
Druckmann, for his part, said, "It's more than one season." Mazin wouldn't confirm if the series will be two or three seasons long, however. "We will not say how many," Mazin said. He previously talked about how the aim for The Last of Us is to not overstay its welcome.Continue Reading at GameSpot
