New Top Gun Maverick Featurette Shows Off Cast's Intense, Mandatory Training Regimen

Paramount Pictures has released a new promotional video for Top Gun: Maverick. The long-awaited sequel hits theaters and IMAX on May 27. Tom Cruise has spoken at length while promoting this film about the intense preparation that included three months of flight training that was required "homework" for Top Gun: Maverick's cast of pilots. This wasn't merely a PR pitch, as co-star Miles Teller--who plays Goose's son, Rooster--confirmed in a March interview with Total Film.
